ANSWER: You can download as many times as you want in a month as long as you are within the limit.
How much time do I have after I have downloaded a book?
ANSWER: You have a maximum of two weeks after each download.
What do I do when I cannot finish reading the book I have downloaded?
ANSWER: Unless you have the four maximum books downloaded; otherwise, you can download another, and the one you no longer read will expire when time reaches.
Can I download the same books again?
ANSWER: You can download the same books after two weeks as many times as you want.
Can I use my account to download books for my friends?
ANSWER: We recommend inviting your friend to create a free account and enjoy this free learning without you being the middleman. However, you can share reading a book with them if they don’t have a device yet.
How many books can I download at a time?
ANSWER: You have a maximum of four books each time.
